Alright you guys, I know some of you are doing your first Whole30 and you’re thinking IT’S SO HARD. I promise, it gets easier…. but lets be honest, eating out and/or traveling on Whole30 can be less than exciting. The looks you get when you tell the waiter what you can’t eat indicate they would rather you dine at home. Yes… I know, just tell me what kind of oil you cook your food in, please.
In my last travel post, I mentioned it was essential for me to eat healthy while traveling because I have such a sensitive stomach, but I didn’t expand on how I do that. Here are a few tricks that have worked for me. Feel free to add anything in the comments if you have anything that’s helped you eat healthier while traveling!
You guys, West Palm Beach was freaking amazing. How the heck have I never been there slash why hasn’t anyone ever told me about it? Honestly, most places in Florida I have been are pretty lame and I expected nothing more from WPB. I didn’t have time plan out restaurants I wanted to eat at, but I expected the gluten-free/paleo options would be very limited. I was VERY wrong. There are so many awesome options! I want to live there… Sunshine, picture perfect beaches, laid back, friendly people AND awesome food… yep, sign me up.
